Frank is never one to take accolades but this one he proudly accepted in the presence of his Mum, his Brother, and his Children.
The Sunpix Pacific Peoples Award is for the Health and Wellbeing category, sponsored by Pacifika Futures (check out his heartfelt speech at 53 minutes).
